GENERAL TERMS
Mileage and time are counted out and back in to the garage.
Indicated prices are calculated after tax in Euros. They include unlimited insurance for transported passengers; car and chauffeur fees (expect his meal during at a car disposal of 20 € / meal from noon to 2pm and from 8pm to 10pm).
Unexpected tolls fees and parking are at the client's expense. VAT of 5, 5% are included in the car price and the planned fees. Meals include VAT of 19,6%.
At your disposals
Tolls fees and parking fees are not included. The price includes an unlimited mileage in the department 06 (Cannes and Nice). The mileage outside the department will be charged.
- sedan, van : 1.80 € per supplementary kilometer
- Business, minibus : 2.10 € per supplementary kilometer
- Elegance : 2.50 € per supplementary kilometer
- Ambassador : on demand
- Exclusive : on demand
For any services (except transfers) after noon and ending after 2pm and after 8pm and ending at 10pm, the chauffeur meal (20€ after tax) will be charged.
A transfer includes a pick up and a drop off. In case of supplementary pick up or drop off, an extra fee of 7,5€ is charged by additional pick up or drop off.
Running late
Each transfer implies a meeting time, and in the case the client is late, a charge from 25€ to 50 € for every half hour late will be applied. This price is applied by day and night.
Luggage
Kingdom Limousines is not responsible for any loss of objects or luggage in its vehicles.
No show
In case the client does not show up at the meeting point, the transfer will be charged totally.
Payment
Nothing will be accepted unless a credit card proof is provided.
Our invoices are to be paid as soon as they are received.
Cash, bank transfer (visa, amex, mastercard).
In case the payment is done by wire transfer, Kingdom Limousines will receive the exact amount indicated on the invoice. No bank charges must be deducted to the amount owed.
Any demand will have to be made within 8 days, once this delay over, the demands won't be considered.
In case there is a disagreement, the matter will be taken to court.
Cancelling fees
French Riviera:
- More than 24h: no charges
- From midnight to 2h: 50% of the total invoice
- Less than 2h: 100% of the total amount
Paris:
- More than 24h: no charges
- Less than 24h: 100% of the service
Please note
The charged transport of people is ruled by decree. Only cars of big delivery are authorized by the prefecture to insure this service.
