How can we make a reservation?

How will we recognize our driver?

Our chauffeurs are all wearing a dark suit; they will be carrying a board on which will be written "Kingdom Limousines" and your family name. We would advise you to keep our phone number during your trip to destination: +33 4 83 73 61 24
If you would like a particular name on the board, please let us know.

What happens if I am late?

Any late arrival without us being informed will be charged 25€ for a half hour (+20% between 8pm and 8am). In case the client does not show up, the total amount of the service will be withdrawn.

What are your cancelling conditions?

French Riviera:

• More than 24h: no charges
• From 24h to 2h: 50% of the total invoice
• Less than 2h: 100% of the total amount

Paris :

• More than 24h: no charges
• Less than 24h: 100% of the service

How may we book a departure?

The pickup hour will be settled by our account manager: it will depend on the airport, on your airline company, on the day and hour of your departure.

Means of payment

We expect a credit card debit authorization for each booking. A receipt will be sent to you by email with your invoice.

• None by visa card or MasterCard.
• 3% commission by amex.
• For any payment by transfer, Kingdom Limousines will receive the exact amount shown on the invoice.

For any service made by the Concierge Service, the cancelling conditions will be specified upon the booking.
